Cancellation and Refund Policy
The chosen Service is billed on an advance booking basis as is chosen by the user and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. If the user informs 24 hours in advance for the reschedule of service, if slots are available, it will be considered for the first instant. But in any case, there will be no refunds, once paid. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
The chosen Subscription plan is billed in advance on a quarter, semi-annual or annual basis as is chosen by the user and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for period unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the site, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting any Subscription Plan or any service that this website offers. We will not issue refunds to members on the basis of non-understanding of system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. You are responsible for paying for the entire subscription upfront. If you decide to cancel before the term of your subscription is up, then you will still have access to its benefits until it expires.
